At VillaPaws, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process to help make things right.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@villapaws.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After this 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee cancellation because your order may already be processing or preparing for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item after delivery according to this Return & Refund Policy.

Processing & Delivery Times

Because we source our products from trusted international manufacturing partners, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Order Cutoff Time:
2:00 PM (PST - Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

Handling Time:
2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). This includes order processing, packing, and preparation for shipment.

Transit Time:
7–15 business days (Monday–Friday). This is the estimated time your package spends in transit.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
9–20 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping:
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to orders under $75.00.

Free Shipping:
Orders of $75.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and in new condition

  • In the original packaging
